The ProPak SCBA is a light weight, low profile glass filled resin back-plate. Lumber pads and full length back-pads are fabricated from flame retardant material and are packed with flame retardant closed cell foam. Webbing harnesses are fabricated in flame–retardant Kevlar and Nomex.

On our cross flow (T) valves, the handwheel is located on the site – in line with the outlet connection. This geometry eases the handling of the valve during operation.

Our right-angled (RA) valves, the handwheel, outlet connection and cylinder connection are positioned in a right angle to each other. Due to this geometry, the valve is space-saving in installation and the handling during operation is eased. Optionally, the right-angled valves can be equipped with a permanent pressure gauge.

The Modulair is a compact, easy to use airline trolley system designed to provide portable clean air in restricted access areas. Versatile and robust, it consists of a lightweight stainless steel hose reel unit and cylinder frame that can be used independently or together.

The frame is designed to carry a pair of cylinders and where required an additional frame can be vertically stacked to allow connection of up to four cylinders. This in conjunction with proven 300 bar high performance pneumatics delivering up to 1000 litres of breathing air per minute, permits four people to work at the same time.

Long duration operation is made simple through adjustable cylinder bands and high-pressure cylinder connectors to accommodate a variety of cylinder sizes at both 200 and 300 bar.

The Flite Airline Breathing Apparatus forms part of a positive pressure airline breathing apparatus system, which provides the highest possible protection.

It is designed to provide protection in IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life & Health), oxygen deficient environments and particularly in confined spaces.

If needed, the switch to the emergency air supply cylinder is accomplished by an automatic change over valve greatly simplifying response to a stressful situation.
